  Securely pack the device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund eligibility.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
